Is the Starbucks barista hittin on me or being nice writing on my cup “catch you later! :)”?

I was dressed up today. The cashier told me I looked pretty and liked my outfit. But I didn’t speak to the barista. I did remember the barista handing my drink saying “catch you later!” I didn’t noticed the drink being written until I got in my car.

Sounds like he’s just being nice. My girl has gotten things written on her cups as well not just in our state but other states as well. I wouldn’t look too much into it unless he actually starts talking to you. Not only that but is he a manly man? A lot of the men I’ve noticed that work at Starbucks can be quite feminine.

This is the first time I experienced this… and I’m a Starbucks obsession girly. So I’m taken back if this was flirty or just friendly to have customers come back.

At my store, they told me they are required to draw something on every cup. Maybe that store they just have to write a message. I wouldn't read anything into it.
