Charisma, confidence, manners, respect, and the obvious ability to hold his own when necessary. Make them laugh, look after them, and respect them. If shit hits the fan they want to be protected so have the ability to bust a few lips wide open when you have to. It’s easy really

Respect, manners, courtesy. I never overdressed but looked OK. I was polite and stoic with women. They mocked me a little, which I ignored. They never figured me out but kept trying to. When they saw I liked them but didn't need them, the rules changed.
