I thought this girl at work may have been interested but now I'm not too sure? She came a few months ago and our first interaction was when we were?

clocking in she asked me to turn my phone towards her so she could see the time eventhough the computer monitor was right next to her but I did it anyway, and another coworker of mine started a conversation with me and she was kinda talking to both of us but when she asked a question she would always turn towards me. Then she asked me if I could walk with her to get her phone charger that she left in another area so I said sure and we talked a bit. Another moment was similar, we clock in and wait for our supervisor to tell us what to do, so me, her and another coworker are talking, and I stared at her while smiling, but I didn't do so intentionally it just kinda happened. She noticed and looked at me and grinned, her eyes got kinda big and she put her hand over her mouth and quickly looked away. Another moment weeks later I'm working next to her, and she said she had to go to the restroom and asked me if I could watch her food and make sure no one touches it so I said sure, and when she got back I was standing at the doorway talking with a coworker and she smiled at me and held eye contact for 4 seconds and I smiled back wasn't sure else what to do. This recent situation was when I was finished doing my work she was taping boxes close by. So when I walked out and was picking up things i saw out of my peripherals I thought she was staring for a good bit cause I noticed her head turning as I was moving around and when I was about to pull the door down, I looked at her and it looked like she was staring in my direction but down, maybe she zoned out? She had a small smile on her face and her mouth was slightly open so I just quickly raised my hand to wave and say hi, then she looked away nervously smiled and laughed and shook her head. Then when I wasn't looking she stared again, but I walked off to clock out. I kinda thought her reaction was like" omg no I don't want him to think I like him " She doesn't talk or make eye contact now. Perhaps I misinterpreted?

Or maybe she changed her mind? I don't want to creep her out so I'm not if should leave her alone or not. I was thinking maybe she was just being nice and when I waved at her and saw I was interested in her she pulled back so I wouldn't get the wrong idea?
