Girls, is my co-worker interested in me or I don't even have a chance with her?

Hi, so I have a crush on a co-worker of mine, but I don't know if it's mutual.
I'm a 29yo guy, she's 25. We both work on the same floor at this office.
She's been there a year and I've been there for almost 2 months.

She was the one who trained me. I was only a couple of weeks working in there, when
I noticed that she was always staring at me, sometimes turning away when I caught her doing it. It was because of that, that I realised I was/ am attracted to her.

I made a joke with her during training about going for coffee, one day,
out the blue, I sent her a message via teams, asking her to go get it. She said yes.
We went to grab a bite instead, and from the moment we saw each other, we smiled and laughed. We had an amazing time together. She thanked me for it via teams with this emoji :3 .

The other day, a friend of mine told me: "the moment she spotted you, she didn't took her eyes off of you." Then I saw her, waved, I offered her a cookie and she walked towards me, said she liked my jacket and stayed there. Next to me, without saying nothing, just staring at me. Then, I said something about her inviting me to eat, she said no. But, offered a coffee, because she doesn't have enough money to buy me food. So, at least she invited me for coffee. We went back to the office leaning on each other and talking about silly things.

I checked-in earlier to work this past week, and she was the only one there at 9am.
The moment she saw me, yelled my name and started walking towards me with her arms wide open. I gave her a hug and a kiss on the cheek and we sat down and talked for a while. made my day.

I was told that she was seeing someone at the office, but, I've never seen her with a dude, kissing or anything. She might have somebody outside, but, I don't know.

So, What can I do?

Others have noticed and have been telling me of how much she just stares at me.
When I walk by her, whenever I enter or exit the room. She spots me and stares.
Everyday I have to pass by her seat to leave the office, and the moment she sees me, she follows me with her eyes. I've noticed that when I'm around or she's infront of me, she touches her hair a lot.

Well she seems interested, ask her on a proper date, like eg. "do you want to go for drinks after work?" (like you know just 2 of you and take her somwhere nice like proper date and drive her home)

I would say yes. If she is staring at you a lot, playing with her hair, being the only one with you, then the chances are pretty good. I would ask her out and see how it goes. I would warn you about something first though. If she is already seeing someone, look out for that first. If she is staring at you a lot, and is already in a relationship, then you may want to keep an eye on her and only go after her if she is available.
