Found out my (20m) coworker (23F) is also interested in me. Not sure how to proceed?

Hey y’all,

My coworker is interested in me and I like her. I found out through a coworker she’s into me. She said she didn’t think I’d like her type, etc. couldn’t be further from the truth. I’m super into her. Problem is I’ve been avoiding her to not creep her out/ I’m shy around girls I like.

She said she wishes I’d just talk to her.

I’d like to just ask her out. Good or bad idea?

Tl;dr: girl at work is interested and knows I like her back. Not sure if I should just ask her out or take things slooooooow or even how to proceed.
