You will get sued for sexual harassment, and if You are her superior, You will also get an abuse of power charge. It's not worth the risk. Don't mess around at work.

Messing around at work is baaaad ju-ju buddy. Many men have gotten in trouble because of this. Treat her like any coworker. Don't mess around at work since that can lead to so many thing like gossip , envy , awkwardness at the work place, getting and trouble and even getting fired.

The thing about dating at work is that if it does not work out you will have to see her everyday and that gets really weird really fast.
