New mail man. Always waves and says hi. Cook. Happy guy. This last time he said he really liked my hair a lot. I was a little flustered, but was he just being nice again or would you think that was flirting?

Sounds like he’s just being friendly. Especially if he’s always like that. There isn’t much to say yes he’s flirting w you. I e told women I like their dress or their nails or hair, it was never to be flirtatious.

I can only speak for myself but any compliment I give a woman, is intended to be seen by her as me flirting. It's better than just being friendly but her thinking it's flirting.
