Should I start flirting with attractive women I meet at right-leaning events?

Events that we are all there for the same reason, so I know these are all right leaning women. I’m just very bad at random approaches and rejection hurts,, but I know I can’t keep being afraid of this…

I know a lot of woman who have had shitty guys go to those events but so far as I can tell they're usually a specific type.

Give it a shot I just wouldn't necessarily expect to find the "southern belle/knows how to fillet a fish/team player" kind I usually see the more "3rd times the charm weightwatchers/everything they know about politics comes from dad/if he makes less than 70k a year I don't respect him" type 😂

But I live in jersey and apparently our women are known for being like that in general 😱🔥🏃‍♂️‍➡️

Yeah and you are right about being afraid of avoiding approach just because of risk of rejection its something natural like taking a breath accepted or rejected I mean and you are on the right path 👍 keep trying I am. sure someday you will find your match

If you want to limit yourself to specific people with specific political opinions, go ahead. As for all being there for the "same reason", that's perhaps not accurate. I'll never go to a political anything as long as I live but presumably they are there for whatever the point of the political event is and you're there to meet women.

Without getting into the politics themselves I would say if you share an interest w them, that is an icebreaker and also you are less likely to run into a situation where you have opposite views, however it doesn’t guarantee anything and all the usual flirting stuff would still apply I think.

So my answer is yes you def should and, don’t be afraid of rejection that is part of how it works, let’s say only one out of 10 agree to anything, you will reach that 10th girl sooner the sooner you ask the 1st girl if that makes sense.

My normal advice is, be friendly, be funny if possible, corny is okay, don’t do anything that might seem threatening like loom over her or put your hand in her face, don’t touch her at first (if the conversation goes well you can consider some little non threatening touches), at some point early in the conversation ask “are you here with anybody” or some version of finding out if she has a boyfriend, like “is your boyfriend here?” or “does your boyfriend like the candidate we were just talking about?” or whatever, just an opportunity for her to say if she does or does not have a boyfriend. If it goes well maybe touch her shoulder or upper back or you could have some excuse to touch her hand, ask questions and pay attention to what she says, compliment her a couple of times and by the end of the conversation suggest some type of future plan, nothing scary or too big a commitment, something like coffee during the day at a public place. This is prob a lot of obvious stuff but you never know anyway that is my advice!
