I feel like some people flirt better when they actually like someone. They get playful… confident…smooth.

And then some people start overthinking every word. They’ll start laughing weird, avoiding eye contact snd acting like they’ve never spoken to another human before lol.

LOL, I'm normally a closed door to most people. I do not encourage interaction 95% of the time. So if I'm interacting with you in a social situation, yes, you've done something to get my attention. Looks, sense of style, playfulness, wit, confidence, kindness, etc.

And yes, I can flip on the charm and playfulness at will. But no, I don't get awkward or nervous around anyone. I go from the silent guy not interacting to the guy who will give you smirk and a vague compliment that may have been an insult... wait what, which one was it? Then I'll wait to see how you play. How confident or defensive you are. If you can play, we're off to the races, LOL. If your playful insults make me think twice, I'll bring down my walls with you. You're not afraid to offend me.

I become all five of those but there's an added one that I need to add and the real me comes out too because I do like to flirt with the person that I'm with I do like to be a smart-ass I do like to laugh and I see funny things and everything and I will bring it to attention because it can be so funny but yeah I'm all the above plus more

A mixture of both, depending on how well he is responding to my flirting. If he’s laughing along with me and naturally bringing himself closer to me, then I bring my A-game. My charming side comes out in full force. I’ll say the most random things just to make him laugh, and it’s so much better when he participates in the playful banter. We’re also easily communicating through our body language.

If he’s not responding well to me, then my light does get a little dimmer. It makes me doubt even flirting with him. If he’s not attempting to put any effort into the exchange, then it starts to become awkward. I don’t typically mesh well with someone who has lackluster energy. Some input and effort are needed.
