Is my coworker actually interested in me or am I being delusional?

A bit of a TLDR, I temporary work at a different department at my job for about 10 weeks and I met this woman who was working with me. We both recently went through a breakup and just kinda semi-connected over that but we can literally talk about anything together. We went to the dog park together a few times but thats about it. She is one of those woman who doesn't really respond to text but then yaps all day long in person. Fast forward, I was moved back to my usual department for work and we pretty much don't see each other anymore. And I didn't expect anything else to come out of it, it was just a nice distraction. 2 weeks later, she texted me (to my surprise) saying "When are you coming back to the office, work has been boring". So, I went into office and we had lunch together for like an hour and we planned on having lunch again tomorrow. Am I being delusional?
