Do men keep flirting even when they know a relationship is wrong?

Me and my immediate superior have something going on. I guess he is attracted to me. And I am over the moon in love with him. Nothing was said, but there are looks, there are visits to my desk after everyone leaves, there are touches (grabbing my hand as he grabs the paper, chest touching my shouldes while he's leaning to teach me something on the computer. That's flirting, right? But since he is the director of the department, this is wrong. A relationship would be wrong. And also he is 27 years older than me. These things have been going on for over a year, so either he is slow or careful or it's just for fun. But wouldn't he avoid flirting since it's never going to happen?

It sounds like your supervisor is being really, really unprofessional. It also kinda seems like you're into it, and that's probably why he keeps doing it. I have no idea what he intends. Maybe he's in love with you, maybe he just wants to f**k you, or maybe he enjoys flirting for the sake of flirting. But you should decide what YOU'RE going to do about it. Either shut the whole thing down, or let him keep escalating until he eventually tries to plow you in his office. Your choice.

Why is it slow because of the age difference? How can I lead him in, non verbally? Isn't it a good lead when I don't move whe. He gets close or leans in, and there's contact?

Move into an uncomfortable " close " so it's incredibly intense , look right into his eyes , lick your lips , and even so gently and slowly smell your own hair ( if long enough ) ..
