Would you be okay with your partner acting flirty around your friends?

Need opinions on this situation

A friend told me about a situation and I’m curious how others would see it.

My friend has a friend who started dating a girl. The dated less then a year and have been together 5 months now maybe less.

Before they officially got together, my friend had already been around her a few times because he’s friends with her sister. They had all hung out before, and according to him, she was never flirty with him.

After the couple started dating, he noticed that she acted differently around him and felt like she was flirting with him. He told his friend because he didn’t feel comfortable keeping it to himself. The friend said he appreciated him telling him and admitted that he had noticed it too, but they both came to the conclusion that it is her personality. They have previously stated she is shy.

My friend still said he doesn’t feel comfortable hanging out with her around and would rather hang out with him separately.
