I have this chick I know from being at a golf course we both play at, she just joined this year and her parents play there. I noticed her all year staring at me and never coming to say anything, but would always stare. About 2 months ago I broke the ice and started conversation, got to know her, added on Snapchat, followed on social Media all the basic stuff. As I said, she has been extremely shy, but I have heard from other people she was extremely interested in me, including her parents who "highly approve" of me. 2 nights ago she was having some drinks and we danced, sang karaoke, talked for hours, I can tell 1000% her interest is there. Had 4 people come up and said she mentioned to them she is in "awe" of me. Mind you, this female is 24 and smoking, I am 31 and about 300 pounds, not something I am used to. I asked for her number and she gave it. She mentioned she wanted "A night out with me". I texted her 1 time so far and she has not responded, it has been a day, she has also stopped snap chatting, we used to all day long. Just trying to get a sense here from others what is going on. I like this girl, she is my type and honestly it's the first time I have heard from multiple people that someone is interested in me.
FYI here also I will not see her as much as she is starting a new job and won't be around quite as often. So I asked for the number in hopes of getting something going so we can see each other outside of the golf course. I have asked her out in person and she agreed, but when I follow up and ask via text, I don't get a single response. Any help would be appreciated so I don't screw this up.
