What are your methods for pickimg up a girl at a bar?

I only picked up one girl at a bar. She was the bar tender. I went to where she worked and she told me she got off work at 11 PM. So I asked her if I could walk her to her car. I told he the story about my friend who used to ask out every girl he thought looked interesting. He got turned down a lot but he dated a lot of girls. I told her that he told me that he asked them out because the worst thing they could do was say no. Thrn when she was thoroughly confused about what I was talking about I asked her out.
That winter I went 4 for 4 using that,

If she's been glancing my way then she's already interested, so I just walk over and say something similar. It's a lot easier when she's already shown interest.

I'm pretty successful in getting women to engage because I enjoy conversation with women for it's own sake.
