I'm 21 and I would actually find it a bit creepy if a random guy gave me a business card. I would think that he must give his number out to a lot of people and he made business cards. It would be different if I was in a store or business and talking to a guy about the things and he gave me his card after flirting with me though. But if I was in a place like a bar and a guy gave me a business card I would feel really awkward. Also, what do you plan of putting on your "business card" Just your name and phone number? Or would you put anything more?

Okay then it wouldn't be creepy to hand them out. They are legit business cards and not JUST for the fact of giving your number out. I accept your statement and believe you should proceed with your thought. :)

YES it means you care about work:) and you're proud of your achievements. But this has happened to me and its felt more like theyre trying to brag or make buisness with you and not flirt hahaha so careful buddy your approach can't be like you're advertising your buisness.

No. A ton of guys did that to me at work and said "Call me!" with a flirtatious look. Not to mention that a lot of times it was their office number! What the heck?
