Do girls always feel flattered when a guy approaches and asks them out?

It honestly depends on the girl.

If the girl doesn't have a very high self esteem and constantly puts herself down; yes, she will feel very flattered because the guy has just confirmed that maybe she's not as bad as she thought she was.

The girl with little or no male experience.

She'll most likely just feel good that she's getting some kind of male action and be flattered.

If the girl has very high confidence, high standards, and has had a good amount of experience with guys. Perhaps, maybe she's been disappointed by a good amount of guys. That guy approaching her may be meaningless or just mean very little. Especially if the delivery of the approach isn't on point. It's because she's already seen the range of high and low quality guys. She's more likely to be able to sense if the guy approaching her is high or low quality, according to her personal standards.

If you're asking me, than yes, it doesn't matter if I AM or AM not attracted to the guy. But if it were a lesbian or something than yeah I'd feel pretty bad for attracting the same sex and not flattered.

Also it depends on the girl,..but I would personally feel flattered because at least iM attracting fishes off my bait (me) :D

Personally, I get a little weirded out...because I prefer to be friends with the guys I date first. I'm not really apt to just date someone who randomly approached me, because I don't know anything about them. I'd rather get to know someone in a friendly setting than jump into dating right away.

Yes, I would be flattered. However, if I haven't had a conversation with the guy or gotten to know him a little bit there is an extremely low chance that I would say yes. I don't care if he looked like Johnny Depp & approached me.. I would just have to get to know him first and I feel like that's an important factor a lot of guys forget. But yes, it is flattering whether or not you do or do not like the guy

Depends. If the guy is a player who asks all girls out, then I would be pretty annoyed at him for asking me. But if it was a guy who was genuinely interested, then I'd be flattered.

If a guy were to just walk up to me and ask me out I guess it depends on the day, but truthfully no I don't want some stranger checking me out I find it kind creepy. Growing up older guys use to brake their necks looking a me and making noises, it just makes me feel nasty. Also I don't know you, for all I know you are a rapist or killer. I'm not just gonna be like " Yeah"! If you were to get to know me and then say I would love to go on a date with you then yes, I would find it flattering.

it depends on the boy and how they ask you out. if it's cute like leave you a sweet note, then I would feel flattered. but if they do it just because they think they can 'score', it's not flattering in the least bit.
