I've never made a move on her and I've been seeing her for awhile. She said she really likes spending time with me. Well not too long ago I tried telling her I liked her. I got halfway there but I couldn't say "I like you." I said stuff like "I feel like a really connect with you" and stuff like that. She turned away like she didn't know what to say and then she randomly asked "When's your spring break? We should do this together bla bla bla" I took it as a rejection. What does it mean though?

Like we've hungout for the past 10 months. She's never called me her friend and she doesn't treat me like in a horrible friend zone way. I'm not acting like her puppy or being a "nice guy" who's basically a doormat. 99.99% of the time it's just me and her and usually it's me deciding on what to do like I guess you could say I'm the decision maker haha. She's shown signs of interests like she's interested in my hobbies and tastes. Then again we have so much in common its insane.

You have to decide if you should just bight the bullet and tell her how you feel , or if you're happy just going with the flow and seeing how things pan out .

Yes, it means that she was too cowardly to tell you straight up. She didn't know how to handle the situation of letting you down so she panicked and changed the subject to avoid it completely.
