What can muscular shy guys do to get a girl?

It's harder for them to get a girl than for ordinary shy guys, because girls are intimidated.

I thought I could ask a girl out or something when I become more muscular, but I still can't. And now there is even lower chance that some girl would start something first. What to do?

Well, don't get into your Boom Power Stance unless (1) you look like the first guy and (2) you have enough confidence to allow for full recovery once you make such a fool of yourself, lol...

It's tough to LOOK like such a tough guy but have this heart of gold at the core. Girls don't necessarily expect it, and yes, some are easily intimidated.

You just have to get used to initiating and asking. Looking good and fit is not the end of the story.

If you go to a coffee shop, are you too shy to order the food/beverage you want? No. Same goes for showing interest in a girl. Let her know you're interested. Be polite and respectful. Remember to smile and breathe or you'll look like a deer caught in the headlights.

try to come out your shell a bit, theirs this guy I liked a few weeks ago and talked to him and all but he was too shy. Very muscular and worked out a lot, even worked at the gym and was a teacher their. BUt he just never came out his shell enough. If she see's your putting forth effort to come out your shell then most likely so will she

Some girls doesn't find muscles attractive, maybe you were just unlucky.

Do what you should have done in the start - work on your confidence levels.

You already know you have good will power and determination, because you've built your muscles up. That's not a minor project, by any means. Compared to that, doing a couple of mental exercises to build up the inner you, will be a piece of pie.

There are plenty of websites that can take you through a variable step program of simple exercises to build your confidence. Google can help you find them. Pick one which is not too easy, but not too intimidating for you. You should be pushed to the edge of your comfort zone.

They typically take between 3 to 6 months to complete, depending on how fast you go through them.
