My crush is starting to annoy me. I need advice!

So I'm stuck in the classic situation, acts like he likes me and says he doesn't. After we met he'd go out of his way to say hi and hug me. I was complaining about him not making a move so my bff asked him if he liked me. He said "it depends,are you gonna tell her" my friend lied and said no and he said no I don't like her. I was ready to get over it until he started acting like a jerk to my friend who asked and gave her dirty looks. He would still say hi to me and try to get my attention. Whenever he'd see me with other guys he'd glare at them and just stare at me without a word. His friend would poke him and tease him about me and do the same to me when he wasn't around. He even offered to get us together. But I declined, the next day that sane friend told my friend my crush likes someone else. After that I was really ready to move on. He would still try so hard to get my attention and look for me around school. Recently I've tried ignoring him and my friend says he just looks really depressed when I don't look at him. His older brother stares at me too when he sees us in the same area. I just don't understand why he acts like he likes me but doesn't make a move, has told my friend he doesn't, and supposedly likes someone else. If he doesn't have feelings for me why doesn't he stop acting like it? And why do his brother and friends try to make it seem to only me like he actually does? Its so confusing and I'm really sick of it all, a little insight from you readers would really help =) by the way sorry if this is kinda long.

hmm seems as though his friends opinion might have something to do with it. An ex and I didn't make it because we talked on the phone a lot but once school started he would say hi but never talked to me neither and his friends would say the same stuff to me and mine to him. But he acted retarded like he didn't say the things he did over the phone and I learned that his friends were teasing him about it..i learned 2 years later! lol and I said "F--- Y--" to him because he wasn't man enough to say something then

Hmm you could be right, he might just be embarrassed of his feelings because his friends do tease alot! Some of his friends have girlfriends, and suddenly they're very friendly and accepting of me (we are all in band) maybe they know what's really up. Thanks for answering my question! Lol

Just go date some other guy and make out with him in front of this dude. Make sure you crush him emotionally. That'll teach him to man up.
