Why would a guy only text a girl on weekends? Guys please!

So, there's this guy that I met recently who asked for my number. After 2 days he texted me, and it was the weekend. He wasn't sleazy or asking to meet up, just asking how I was politely etc. I replied. The following three weekends he texted me asking how I was doing again. He told me I was an "absolute stunner" in one of the texts, so I know he's interested. Why do you think he only texts in the evening on weekends when he's out at bars/clubs/restaurants?

Id say its one or all of these reasons, he's busy durning the week or he thinks your busy, he wants to hang out on a weekend with you so he's checking to see what your doing. Is he defo in bars when he texts you? is he drunk every time? If he isn't sleezing but is in a bar he may just need a drink to boost his confidence to text you. I wouldn't read too much into this. If he was being sleezy and only texting you on a weekend then I would be concerned but he's not so don't worry. why don't you try texting him during the week and see if he replies and if not ask him why he doesn't like to text durning the week. I'm sure there is a perfectly valid reason :)

We wants you to hang out with him.. it's the weekend that is what people do...do if you like him just tell him you want to go do something. He wants to have fun is what it means.

He might be busy with work and doesn't have a moment of piece till the evening on the weekends.Like me I have so much going on during the week that I don't have a single moment to myself.Till like eleven o'clock in the evening.And maybe he doesn't want to look like a loner stalker type.

Probably just busy during the week and is hoping that you will give him a clue that he should ask you out. Or he's hoping you say that your out somewhere and you can meet up and have a drink and talk.

Try texting him during the week and see how long it takes him to respond. He may be too busy and doesn't want to distract himself by pulling out his phone and trying to text people. If you initiate, he may be a bit more likely to engage in it.
