She said she's interested but wants to get to know me better? HELP?

Bear with me because I'm very confused about this situation.

We've been seeing each other for a couple weeks now, she's a good and very smart girl. We hung out like four times and she started talking about what she likes in a guy, when I asked her if she was single she said yes and asked me if I'm single.

I was at a party with her one night and I got drunk by accident and told her I liked her, she said something like "glad were on the same page", she called me today to ask me out to lunch. She told me she's interested in me but wants to get to know me better, she likes being with me but is hesitant to move quickly because she just got out of a relationship a few months ago. I asked her if she wanted to continue seeing me and she said yes and we should just take it slow and see what happens. She's also going to med school next semester so I dunno.

I'm really confused because I don't know exactly what this all means. Any help?

personally to me it just means exactly what she told you, she likes you but at this exact moment she isn't quite ready for a full-blown relationship, but she would like to continue to see you and get to know you, and if something develops then she will probably be cool with that, so just continue to date her and don't put to much pressure on her about a relationship, just take the time to get to know who she is and what she's all about as she is doing with you...Let the relationship come naturally down the line, when she is more ready for it

Well if she told you you're on the same page then you are. She probably likes you but isn't sure what to make of it yet, so she probably means exactly what she says...that she wants to just start off by seeing you for now and letting things develop from there. Even if you like someone and they like you back, there's no guarantee a relationship will work, so she probably means that if you two find that you're good together then things will take their course. Just take things as they come!
