Please, if you like a girl, ask them out! So what if she says no! It helps you learn then that she wouldn't have cared for you like you would have for her. I have gotten to the point where I just outright tell guys if I like them because I got so sick of the feeling of not being wanted by someone. Don't put another girl in my situation. I've gotten used to rejection and now, when I like someone, I will tell them almost right away after I've spent some time thinking on it because I'm sick of wasting time playing games saying 'okay, if he likes me I can just keep flirting because blahblahblah' It's so stupid. why waste time pining over someone if you can just find out and either have something come from your crush that you are POSITIVE of or move on!:)

Also, if you fear rejection, don't get your hopes up. Look at it like this: "I don't know how things will turn out with her, since we aren't involved deeply whether she says yes or no doesn't matter much, if she says yes, horay, if she says no, oh well time to move on. Don't dwell but don't appear like a douche who doesn't care.
Honestly the best thing to do is just get it over with, the more you do it the better you will be at it and the less awkward it will seem.

First thing you need to learn, is that the reaction/opinion/feelings/thoughts of the girl who ask out don't matter. Women are inferior to men, thus, you have absolutely nothing to worry about. Right now you are at a point in your life where you are deceived by the outer appearance of females, thus, you are intimidated by them. Once you realize they are totally fake, makeup wearing, fake dyed hair, whores, then clarity shall arrive.

NEVER, and I mean NEVER listen to any advice that a woman/girl gives on relationships, etc. Their opinion(s) are less than worthless, as the female mind is completely irrational, and incapable of logic.

There's nothing wrong with having a friend invite her on your behalf, or inviting her by text or message, or just handing her written note.
Sure some will say you're a coward, but at your age, a lot of girls will think it's cute, and they aren't any more courageous, so...

If one girl rejects you who gives a f***? She certainly doesn't. Do you really have enough time in your life to give a f***? If you do, damn man I feel for ya.
To be blunt: It's called being a man. Do your job, or stand aside and let other men do it.
To be "nicer": think of it as practice for when that awesome girl comes along. Because the way women are acting these days, your inevitably going to be the guy that goes up to her and gets sh*t started.
Just think about it this way. If you never ask, you'll never get a gf.
It's not hard if you speak what's honestly on your mind. Think about that :)
