You can ask if you want but ONLY if there is a sincere reason behind the question. What are you doing to annoy him? If he enjoys your presence and has not avoided/ignored you, then I am pretty sure you are not considered annoying to him. If you know that you are not annoying, then do not ask because by asking you will most likely annoy him.

I'm not like texting him very much at all( less than one time a week)- but how I think of is that what if he doesn't like me? Because there are guys that I would reply to because I have a "goody goody" sweet personality where I don't wanna be mean, and I don't know if maybe that's why he is replying to me:( ha ha I bet you can also tell I'm a worry wart:/

That's not annoying at all. That just shows you're interested and that's a good thing. it'd be sh*tty if he had to start all the conversations. Though, it's sh*tty you start ALL of them. It should be an equal amount (as best) to start a conversation. But ya, I don't think he'd think you're annoying just cause you start conversations.
