Girl who never talks unless spoken to....Werid? or shy?

There's a girl in my class who never talks unless spoken to.

she sits right next to me in class and I was pretty sure she liked me by her body language. But she never talks to me like ever since we been in class unless I talk to her. when I joke around in class with friends she looks in my direction from her phone which she is always on to see what were laughing at and she will kind of smile its werid. now when I talk to her its prefectly fine but she never starts the conversation, I'll ask her how her day was or is and she will tell me its fine or good. I asked her if she had a boyfriend and she told me No, but recent I found out that she still with her boyfriend I think that's what my friends in class think were all in the same college class we all meet this semester, but she told me she was single so I assume she was single but I can figure this girl out and I know she knows I like her cause I flirt with her most of the time asked if she had a boyfriend/ how her day is made her my women crush Wednesday there no way she doesn't know but what I don't understand is she never talks to me, she told me that she not shy that she talks all the time with her friends but with me in class she always on her phone and never talks

when it comes to dating, a lot of beginners over analyze. mututal interest is not complicated. It is what it is, mutual. If someone wants to be your friend or whatever, then you would know. but if you feel like the person is being complicated, giving mixed signals, playing games and you have to try really hard to figure out what all of it means, lol then it is a sign.

The only person who plays games and gives mixed signals when they actually really do like a person is a very immature person who is terrible at communicating, and that is not the type of person any respectable quality guy with very good self esteem should waste his time with.

im sure you have seen it before, guys with terrible self esteem chasing after a girl who is crazy, dumb, just not a good fit for him. Girls too, the ones with low self esteem chase after sh*tty guys and end up getting hurt.

you should go after the girl who is less complicated. You will know when you meet one becasue she is the one who will reciprocate your feelings or sexual advances. No guessing at all.

If I'm not interested in a guy then I will not flirt with him, I will not try to get to know him and if he invites me out I will tell him that I can't make it. I'm not mean, slow, dumb, weird, shy. Of course I will speak to the guy and be nice when he talks to me. I am very friendly nice person. I just think that if I am not interested in a guy then the right thing to do is to not lead him on, I would only talk to him as just an aquaintance, maintain a distance so that he doesn't think I am trying to get close to him. I try my best to stay drama free.

i have been lead on before and it hurts. I know what it is like to go after a guy just becasue he was nice to me. Many people mistake kindness as flirting.

I also know what it is like to have a guy call me a weirdo and a simpleton becasue he thought that I am too dumb to realize when a guy is into me, when in actuality, I'm just not trying to f*** you. Lol I want a loving relationship not a fling or friend-with-benefits. That is why I did not flirt back. (I am currently in a loving relationship btw)

You can be kind without being interested in a person. To show interest in a person means just that, being interested in the person. A person who is interested will talk to you and do some digging, asking questions about you and your life and they will want to spend time with you because they are interested in you.

All a nice person is, is just the opposite of a mean person.

a nice person would speak to you when you speak to them and a mean peson would just totally ignore you, might even call you names.

correct. don't cut ties or burn bridges or anything, just put her on the back burner while moving on towards a girl who is into the same thing that you are. As you gain dating expirence, you learn how to control your crushes you become more logical on your approaches and how you invest your thoughts and time. it is just the wrong place and wrong time in that persons life (they could be too immature, or have issues, other obligations for example, nothing personal against you). If you know waht you want, and you meet someone who isn't waht you want,dont sit there trying to figure out how you can make them what you want. people don't work like that. no not entirely because at least you have talked to her and she knows who you are. If she ever decides that she is ready to get to know you when she runs into you later on, you guys can start out by saying "Hey! you use to sit next to me in class, how have you been?" maybe she will be at a different place in her life where she is able to be more friendly. Maybe you will be at a differnet place in your life where you are not even intrested in her anymore. Always keep your door open.

also if you don't want to be friend zoned, then do not be there when she is wanting just a platonic friend.Thats where a lot of guys go wrong. They think if they keep talking to her when she is not even interested in dating then she will come around. then they resent her when she starts blabbing about her problems and other guys. Timing is everything. You want to show up when she is ready for dating so all you can do is just check up on her from time to time to see where her head is.

I do that with this guy that I think is really good looking cause I believe he's out of my league. I'm also too old for him but he doesn't know that cause we've never discussed our ages around each other. I let him make the decision whether or not he wants to socialize with me and I just try neither to push it nor to drive him away.

im my case she out of my leauge ahah she really pretty lol only time she started the convo first was when she asked me my age, asked what a awnser was to a question on a quiz and then she randomly told me to look at a random text message from a random guy she didn't know that was trying to get to know assuming she was testing me or something...but your sayin since she doesn't talk to me its not a bad thing honestly is confusing hahaha

do not take this girls advice. there are many girls like me who do not find guys that flirt with other girls to be attractive. They would view you as a player or thirsty.
