Thoughts on if she is a shy/introverted person or just doesn't want to speak?

Here are a number of scenarios:

1. Whenever I Stared at her, she looked back for 1-2 secs before looking away. (P. S. I never smile for some reason & she might be aware that I'm into her).

2. Whenever I'm standing at the bar with a friend. She sometimes comes and stands at the corner (1 meter or less from me, maybe that's her normal preferred spot) & looks at the crowd but doesn't look at me but is aware that I'm looking at her. (The reason I know she's aware of me because one time my drink was missing and was trying to get my server's attention and she tapped my server's shoulder to get the server's attention for me)

3. She normally looks like a quiet 'introvert' person & can tell she comfortable speaking to her fellow work members & Whenever she is serving people she looks at them & has few secs talk to them. (Maybe, about the order something, I don't know).

4. I was only served by her a few times & both times she directly looks into my eyes without smile (I think, it's very normal). I speak to every server of that club but bit imtidiate to speak to her.

5. She mostly hangout with girl mates but not just a guy buddy on her own. (As far as I've noticed and guessed)

I can speak to other girls and multiple girls showed interest in me last week to talk and dance but I declined, not sure that has anything to do with it. (I can't be that bad of a person, am I?)

It is really tough to tell because either could be true. She may be shy or just focused on doing her job. If I had to guess, I’d say the latter is probably more true and isn’t interested in flirting or meeting people while at work.

To be shy and introverted isn’t a good mix with a job as a server or in the hospitality industry as a whole. I would think those that are very shy would stay clear of jobs where social interaction is required, like being a server.

Sounds to me more like she just does her job and doesn’t get real involved with those she is serving other than maybe her girlfriends as you point out. I’d advise against hitting on her while she is at work. She may take offense that she is trying to do her job and doesn’t appreciate customers asking her out or trying to converse with her.

That's the only time I see, and don't really see outside of work, plus it's normally not good to message and speak to girls online over face to face. A bit in a mess with this situation and really want to build the courage and chat to her normally and then maybe ask her to hangout when she's not working.

Best you can do in that situation is casually suggest meeting up when done with her shift. Depending on if they allow it, when she is done, you could buy her a drink?

Introverts are Great…ask her out. They like to see the person they are with gently lead. 3-6 months of consistency and trust building in leadership WILL change your life 🥳
