How do I give a girl butterflies/build attraction over text?

I asked my best female friend to hook me up with one of her friends. She showed my picture to some of her friends and one of them liked me. So we started texting a bit. Note that I have NOT met this friend of hers yet!

Day one of texting was good. she even told my best female friend(who told me of course) that the girl really liked my personality and really liked how we have a lot in common. I asked her out and she said yes

day 2 of texting was just OK. but I found out something that sorta worried me. She said she's excited to meet me... but then later they talked and she said she gets nervous with some guys she's never met (that she ends up liking/dating). Then my friend asks her

"Oh so I guess (My name) doesn't really turn you on?"

to which the girl replied

"Well I might just have to warm up"

Long story short: how do I build attraction and give a girl butterflies over text? Right now we're just asking eachother questions about life and casually texting. There was some naughty sex talk but that's about it. We're both 21 btw

I think this is perfectly fine! You've texted for 2 days, and never met in person before. Expecting it to be much more than that is setting the bar super high, for both of you. Of course the girl isn't warmed up yet, she's not even seen you in person. Relax. You don't want to push too fast. Very often the first date is a friendly "get to know you" thing.

Besides, I think her reply was mainly geared toward being nervous going on a date with a person she hasn't met. Just as in, normal nervousness. Not that she was worried about attraction or otherwise.

Uh I say don't try to impress her with a few words on a smartphone screen. Rather set something up so you can give her butterflies in person. Keep the texting light.
