Why is she asking me personal questions?

Questions like: what do you do for your job? Where do you live? Asks questions about my family (mom, dad, etc ..), how many gf's I've had?

We are in the process of "getting to know each other", and in the beginning she clearly stated that she wanted to take it slow, but seems like she's going fast? Whats up with the personal questions?

I don't think trying to get to know you is moving too fast. To me, moving too fast means sleeping with each other before knowing where you live. Moving too fast means wanting to get married after a few months. On and on.
She's just trying to learn about you, she likes you and wants to know more.
