Because she's curious about you, about what you like, etc. If you feel that she's too pushy or clingy, you have options:
(1) Tell her to "Back off" -- a very popular option that lands guys in the doghouse on several occasions.
(2) Follow HER around and ask her all the same questions she asks you till she gets really sick of you and your questions, then hug her and tell her that you don't like when she does that to you either.
(3) Tell her you love her but need to be able to process your day at your speed and tell her the most interesting highlights of your day.
(4) Leave things alone. If you pull at one stitch you'll unravel the whole sweater...
Well that can be her way of starting a conversation, some women ask questions thinking that's going to bring a conversation, and when the questions is answered the ask another question to keep the mouth moving. she might not be doing it to be noise. you should as her friends if she also ask so many questions to them.

the bad thing is when I ask her about her stufff to get my point accross that I don't like it, she tells me her stuff and sincerly I don't need to hear it, I don't want to hear it...

She's very insecure by the sound of it. She's worried you may cheat on her and wants to know where you are all the time. Trust issues are something you'll have to talk to her about. Maybe she's been cheated on in the past and is being wary of that with you.
