Sorry there is no more information, but I don't know her that well, I'm going to speak to her next time I see her out and let her know I'm interested.

She told my friend that I'm a gentleman, and she has never really had a conversation with me...

If a girl said that I would think that she means that she doesn't think badly of you, but at the same time, she doesn't know you enough to really tell if she likes you. Get to know her first before you jump at asking her out. She's not ruling you out, it's too soon for that and it's not fair to do that. But you do need to get to know her first.

Since you also don't know her that well, it would be beneficial for you to get to know her too. Who knows? Perhaps you'll find that there's something you don't like about her, your mind can change about her too and you'll be glad that at least you found out sooner than later.

Being a gentleman is definitely a good start, but she's apparently never talked with you before. So I think you should talk to her the next time you're out together - make some small talk, then ask her out.

Yeah, I've spoken to her a few times, but it's never really been about anything and always been a laugh, so I guess she was talking about seriously getting to know me.
