As a person who does love creamy sauces, I would say your phobia is valid. I've heard of similar ones such as milk phobia. I've never heard of anyone putting mayo on a bologna sandwich, only mustard (when I was younger, I hated mayo too).

Yeah, I can't stand the coleslaw either. I don't know why. but I eat when I am in KFC. I think a little bit is ok. I like mayo. I like to spread it in sandwich. I am on a diet but I always tempting. I love the sour taste and creamy

Ummm. Cocktail sauce? Buerre blanc. Pesto. Ceviche. Simple garlic sauce. Tomato sauce. Even had a berry fondue with halibut, it was delish!
