This is my favorite dish my mother makes. It is an old Kurdish dish.
ingredients:
200 g minded meat, 1onion, 1egg, salt, black pepper, 800ml water, 1-2 pinch parsley, 1tablespoon butter, 2.5 tablespoons rice, 2 tablespoons bread, 2-3 tablespoons of flour

for over:1 teaspoon mint, 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

preparation: firstly, put the minced meat into a deep bowl. And egg, grated onion,rice, finely chopped parsley, bread crumbs, salt and black pepper onto and knead thoroughly.
Sprinkle flour into a large bowl. Take small pieces of minced meat mixture. Roll with your hands. Put meatballs into the bowl. Dip meatballs in flour.
On the other hand, put the butter into a deep saucepan, melt. Add tomato paste onto. Mic 2-3 times. Then pour hot water, bring to boil. Then put the meatballs on by one. Add salt and pepper. Cook for about 20minutes.
Sprinkle mint and red pepper flakes onto cooked mini meatball soup stir then serve hot.
