At my university, the pizza there is greasy enough to where it forms a grease puddle in the pizza’s center and drips as you pick it up. Likwise, you know if you are getting a less fresh pizza, because the grease hardens the slice to cardboard once it cools down a bit.
Normally, I grab about 8 napkins if I get pizza. I grab two slices, and 1 slice worth of on-top grease gets soaked up by about 3 (to be drenched) napkins.
If you bought an extra greasy pizza, would you wipe it down or eat it as is?

Screw that, the grease gives it extra flavor. Why would I wipe it off?
I always think it looks weird when people wipe off their pizza. Seems like an unnecessary extra step to me, just eat over a plate and the grease drips are no problem. I never thought of it as being so that it would be less messy to eat though, I always thought, or maybe was always around people who did it because they didn't want to eat "the gross grease." Which always made me think, well then why are you eating a pizza?
If it's really that greasy it isn't being cooked properly and is, in fact, disgusting...
That's why an actual pizza doesn't have any grease on it... It only has great ingredients... no grease. I don't even know how they get that grease there... or why.
I believe it’s the animal products (i. e. cheese, pepperoni, etc.) that release grease in the cooking process. I’m guessing my school uses pretty cheap ingredients though lol
My solution for that is blot off as much grease as you can. Then if you like them douse it in parmesan cheese and add a couple chili flakes (my solution to nasty pizza. Chuck E. Cheese is the main culprit)
Haha my school pizza is more so like frozen pizza than chuck e cheese, but more grease and without that weird aftertaste seemingly all frozen pizzas have. Parmesan cheese is probably a good fix. That stuff absorbs the grease I think?
Yup. And the chili flakes add a little bit more flavor. I'm not a fan of spicy but if you only use a couple most if the spice is combatted by the parmesan cheese.
Ok, maybe my pizza isn’t quite that greasy 😂 Mine is more so where, when you pick it up, holding it the wrong angle makes the grease drip down your hand and arm pretty fast haha
I really don't see the point. And tbh, I rarely even see any excess grease on my pizza. I might want to get rid of the grease if there was an actual puddle, but that has never happened.
LOL oh. At the moment, it’s probably a few inches shorter than when christian bale had longer hair. Tough to say because it does a sort of wavy curl thing up. I’m probably going to get a haircut sometime soon though
