+1 yYes, my last girlfriend had a beautiful beaver. In the summer, I'd shave it for her. It was really friendly, but it got his by a truck. So I ate it. You supposedly can buy beaver meat in Canada but I have never actually tried. I would guess it tastes more like a rabbit. Your best bet would be some wild game restaurant that serve them.
