I've eaten ostrich. They taste sweeter that chicken, hard to describe because I haven't had it for a while now. I only remember I was very reluctant to try but then was quiet impressed by the taste haha!

I did sports most of my childhood and started doing the gym at about 20. I didn't do really high intensity but I was consistent. I've mostly eaten pretty well and didn't smoke or drink much.
