2 garlic cloves, or more depending on how garlicky you want it
2 tablespoons capers, drained
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
3 tablespoons finely grated parmesan cheese
Pinch sea salt, if you have it try truffle salt
Fresh ground pepper, to taste
Pinch crushed red pepper flakes, optional to make it spicy
Mince all the ingredients together until it makes a paste. Add to a bowl and pour olive oil over the paste.

I like cheese and chocolate. Oddly, one of the best combinations is mild cheddar with milk chocolate, neither one has to be the expensive kind. It's about finding the perfect balance of flavor, so you might need to experiment with a little more/less of one than the other. From a culinary standpoint it makes perfect sense, a blend of fat, salt, and sugar (things people adore).

Baguette slightly roasted in olive oil is a good add to many Italian and French dishes. Alone it's not really a dish
