Me: 
 Personality wise I'd make a good bartender, but when it comes to making the drinks, probably not so much. People that know me know I tend to be a little too heavy handed with the Alcohol so won't let me make their drinks or they know they'll wind up like:

It's not rocket sience, so I would not be heavy handed with the alcohol pouring, and there are one thing that would happen if I didn't follow a recipe and that is called fired.
You see if you are too heavy handed with alcohol you need to have a lot of customers all the time, otherwise you could ruin the business or at least you could cause a temporary alcohol shortage on some products that night.
And for that reason there are measuring units for drink making.
