I use old crackers and old pretzels and stale cereal to make breadcrumbs. I just stick them in the food processor.

I have not made them from scratch. But this is what I do a lot:
Take a pita bread (I actually prefer Indian Naan), cut it in cracker size wedges, drizzle olive oil, kosher salt and roasted ground cumin (optional) and bake it in the oven at 350F for 3-5 minutes or until they become crispy to your taste!
Serve with a creamy avocado dip!
I had a naanwich for lunch today. It was tasty. My 5 year old’s favorite meal is chicken tika masala on naan.
Yes, I have made crackers before! When I was doing the whole paleo thing, which I wish I could do again, I made these wonderful almond flour Rosemary crackers and they were super delicious.
