I'm a very good cook it's funny if you're out on a job and where you were close by my house it looks time I'll go there to eat and if I'm working with anybody or anybody's working with me and you got to come with me but I usually feed them to and it's funny because everyone that I've ever to my house at lunch time can we start eating they always ask me you did not cook this and then they said how did you learn how to cook so good I said I got hungry one day LOL and it started from there

Yes in an excellent cook if I do say so myself. My ex wife couldn't cook to save her life, woman could burn water!!
So I did all the cooking and become really quite skilled, took a few courses as well. I really love cooking for my friends and sitting down to a lovely meal with them and a few drinks and a good chat.

Yeah I am, cause I’m willing to put in the effort to improve quality, like when I make soup, I stir constantly to boost the migration of flavours while my dad only stirs once ever 30 seconds etc…

I complained to my mom when I was living in my apartment that she never took the time to teach me to cook when I was still living at home.
Her response was "can you read?"
Of course...
Then you can cook.
Go buy a cookbook and you'll be fine.
So I did.

I don't do lots of recipes but once I tried a few and practiced then I started to experiment.
It's always a nice surprise for the family when I cook.

Yeah I'm good at making Nov veg dishes but in lockdown I tried to expand that horizon it went pretty well there is always scope of improvement
