When you hear “hot sauce” what type of hot sauce do you typically picture in your mind?

But "Chilli Sauce" usually means something more resembling Sriracha sauce or Nandos Sauce, even Franks sauce.

None of that store bought stuff. My mom makes this one with a host of different spicy peppers, lemon, lime, salt, black pepper and garlic powder. Hits the spot every time.
