What do you think of this meatloaf?

Its just dad and I and we weren't able to secure much for Thanksgiving so I just made some meatloaf tbh. This one is made with 93% lean beef. Then I stuffed it with Cheddar, Scallions, tomato paste, and Italian Seasonings and brushed it in beef tallow. Would you eat it?

Ok at the end of the day I realize it's loose beef and all. And I can see why some would see it as nasty lol. However I have to say it turned out amazing. I fasted since 4 PM yesterday and I was practically a ravenous beast at this point. I ended up downing 2 pounds by myself! XD

I honestly thought a meatloaf meant a cat sitting with its hands folded in. Before this question, anywhere on the internet, YouTube mostly, I always saw meatloaf video to be of cat only.

I know it is food, but the reference was so many times that while reading this question, I thought of cat!

meatloaf is made with ground meat. I don't know anyone in the USA that eats or advertises eating cat. O. o

@ShaTTeredMasterpeace yeah I can understand. When you let it sit for 20 minutes all the juices go back in as the meat kinda relaxes. it was epic with a little ketchup added at the end.

the tomato is inside and i did end up with some sugar free ketchup on the outside but... I gobbled it all down before i remembered to take more pics. I was too into it LOL

i just started using beef tallow for the first time 2 days ago. My dad kept pushing me to try it. now I love it more than olive oil or butter which is what I normally used to use for cooking... well that and bacon grease XD.

It turned out really nicely though. I wasn't sure how it would be since i had to substitute normal ingredients in a pinch. it worked out in the end. But I have to keep the fat ratio so high on the food for my diet

It's known as dripping in the uk. Mostly used for deep frying but some people use it as a spread
