If so what is it, and how do you deal with it?

Nothing that I think is out of the ordinary. If I drink a whole lot of alcohol I do get hungover the next day and I've seen some people say they never get hungover, but I wonder if they ever drank an entire 750ml bottle of whiskey or more in one night. If they can and still not get hungover, that's a superpower to me that I wish I had.
If I combine extremely spicy foods with heavy alcohol, I can get heartburn in the middle of the night. I really have to go extreme though on either the spicy or alcohol or both.
I don't seem to have any sort of lactose intolerance even though I'm half-Asian. I can go through two cartons of milk and be totally fine. My wife has a mild case along with almost every Japanese person I've known. Maybe it's my half-white side.
I might lack the greatest fiber tolerance. Was trying to exhaust my memories looking for an incident of food intolerance. I'm not sure if it's so unusual though. I was watching vegan bodybuilders and what they ate just curious about their diet. So I saw one put away 2 kilograms of veggies and fruits in one sitting. So I tried the same and it felt like my intestines were going to explode. My digestive tract felt filled to the brim and I was groaning in pain lying down. Yet that was a whole lot of veg in one sitting. I can eat normal portions of veggies and fruits just fine.
I can consume pretty much most of a bottle of Jack Daniels or similar, and not be hungover in the morning, or when I actually sober up lol, but only if I drink the same whiskey, and have drinks of water every few drinks. Add 1 different alcoholic drink even a different whiskey, and I'm a total mess in the morning.
Oddly I seem reversed in that I seem to be able to mix better than others like start with a beer, then tequila shot, jager shot, whiskey, then a glass of shochu, then abstinthe, then another jager, then a long island iced tea, and even my bartender is worried like, "You are going to be messed up mixing this much!" But I'm okay the next morn! But if I just drink way too much even if it's only whiskey, I'm messed up in the morn. :-D
I avoid eating sprouts, potatoes, chickpeas and gram flour as they make my stomach hurt and makes me feel like there's something stuck in my throat/chest, lol. I hate feeling too full and if I lie down soon after eating any of that, I experience those freaking sour burps. Yuck! 🤢 Also my head feels quite heavy and light headed/dizzy at the same time. So, I don't usually eating these food but if I end up eating them, I eat either curd to avoid getting acidity (that or drinking chaas really soothes my stomach, reduce headache and helps me sleep) and stomach pain or I just take Pepcia 30 and avoid lying down on the bed for couple of hours.
Yes. I can't tolerate extremely sour food. Recently I had this sour Indian dish called 'Gup chup' in party. The water like thing poured in it is very sour and salty. The next day of having it I had upset stomach. And lately I've been feeling like it's difficult to eat food. I don't have much appetite and even if I'm hungry then also after few bites I don't feel like eating more.
Purposely misreading you here: I'm totally intolerant towards KFC food.
...
as for ''natural processing'' -
- corn (maize) of course is for swine, and not for humans; it goes out the way it got in... only at the other end :)
- fermented (local) food causes a little diarrhoea

Does milk and cheese count? Because i'll tell you what... it's not fun sometimes. I still have said milk with my cookies and cheese on my burger. All a part of experimentation, just to see what will happen. The results have been annoying... and loud... with more surprising moments than embarrassing.
Soy products like tofu, even too much soy sauce bring me nausea.
Dairy like milk and ice cream but at least it's just tolerable and only happens sometimes. Maybe I got use to it now but cheese is fine. What gives me nausea is oil, grease or fats. Too much of it makes me puke oil. I guess that applies to anyone.
I got GERD. My stomach is intolerant to almost all junk food
I have to watch my dairy intake these days. Milk and ice cream certainly irritate my stomach a little bit more these days. Cheese and yogurt are just fine, thankfully!
Are you lactose intolerant?
@Daniela1982 it would seem that I am heading that direction. Both of my parents had to reduce their dairy intake as they approached middle age.
I'm like a human garbage disposal. I can eat anything within reason. My mother told me I ate worms I found under rocks when I was little. But who ever believes their mom?
Yeah, got IBS in form of strict lactose intolerance and mild gluten sensitivity. Plus can't eat too much sugar at once or my intestine goes crazy.
I have a reaction to seafood... see food, eat food.
generally fine but my stomach's obviously not built for handling too much junk food
no intolerance, no allergies... not that I am aware of anyway
I suspect tomatoes but not actually sure, definitely don’t do well with greasy, oily foods though
I am lactose intolerant but it's odd. When I eat healthy it doesn't bother me. So I can tell if I am not eating well enough pretty easily.
Lactose intolerance, though for some reason I’m fine with cheese and yogurt. Just milk.
None I am aware of, but likely haven't had every possible thing around the globe.
Something with American grains does me wrong. Also too much dairy and I’m wrecked
Wheat bread. White is fine, oddly.
I’m switched on a lot though. Uppers act as downers in me. Prefer dark to sunlight. Often feel like a universal case study.
white bread is *wheat* flour. i ain't saying you're lying, but you might not have those specific insensitivities nailed down. But if it ain't broke...
@nachosaresexy The bleaching process itself is going to effect the bread. There are a lot of people who can’t eat direct wheat, but can eat white. My mother is one of them, and I assume where I get it from.
Not yet sure. Ill find out on Friday.
Ill be getting the results.
Hope you get some useful information, but bear in mind that intolerance tests are only a guide, as IgG IgA & IgM markers can also indicate other issues. The best approach once you have the results is to then move to an exclusion and elimination diet to test the theory, before just eliminating those foods completely for the rest of your life.
Just to tripe...🤢🤢🤢🤮
Not that I know of...
Have no food intolerances.
Lol dairy : (
I usually do lactose free or just eat dairy products anyway lol.
No, but I am a picky eater.
No, not that I am aware of.
