Any top shelf bourbon, including Knob Creek which is the favorite of @creampiekarl420. Otherwise, any fine single malt from The Macallan. For cocktails I prefer gin and tonic in the afternoons and an Old Fashion (a bourbon-based cocktail) before dinner or in the evening.

I have a lot, however one I will always get at any time is a good Gin and Tonic.

must be a good gin as I’m fussy and also something like Fever Tree Tonic.

I prefer beer, and I particularly like stout and porter. But what I really, really like is Theakston's Old Peculier, which is an English Old Ale.

Recently I've been branching out into cider, which is um, very different.
