I drink a lot of coffee, is it harmful?

So, the reason you have found conflicting information is because the effect is not clear.
As far as i am aware the best current thinking is that you should not drink 'too much' I dont know exactly how that is quantified but Im sure you can use your own judgement in terms of not drinking it all the time.
Drinking an amount of coffee regularly, e. g. a cup a day perhaps could be beneficial.
What you should not do is occassionally drink it, so you gave most helpful answer to someone who doesn't know what the fuck they are talking about (on any subject) and gave you the worst possible advise.
That said though, personally I do drink coffee occassionally because I like coffee but I dont want to be dependant on caffine and I dont want to be shitting through the eye of a needle.
You should probably be drinking a hell of a lot less coffee but exactly how much I can't tell you and I dont think anyone knows with any certainty.
Don’t drink that much maybe once every Sunday you can do it small amount
"I drink a lot of coffee, is it harmful?"
Lot of coffee can start a lot of diseases over longer time span.
"But i heard that caffeine is addictive. is it true?"
Yes, but it's an addiction with mildest withdrawal of all addictions
"Is it bad to drink coffee at all?"
Caffeine is a poison created by plants to get rid of eaters. It's like nicotine, it has grants few benefits but has much more negative effects on your body.
Caffeine is like nicotine... have you ever read any research on caffeine? Nicotine is something that is purely a bad thing. Caffeine however is mostly good unless if taken excessively. And actually improves ability to fight off diseases not cause them smh.

Yes its harmful. It's a leading cause of stomach and esophageal cancer which is incurable and gives you 1-3 years to live after diagnosis.
I would definitely recommend drinking in moderation to reduce the damage to your stomach and esophagus. Or cut it completely and just use natural energy supplements like fasting and exercise.

Coffee is fine, 400 milligrams of caffeine a day appears to be safe for healthy adults. However anything over this is and even this it's self is still unrecommended. And over 400mg is for sure bad.
That's about 4 coffee's.
In recent studies and other older studies it's shown that 3 coffee's a day can lead to slowing down memory loss at a older age and over gives healthy benefits in many ways.
Therefore a sweet spot of 300mg seems good to have actually everyday. Of course then it only comes down to if you have oversensitivity to caffeine and other factors.
Jesus, that's a lot 😅 I mean, I also drink a lot of coffee, but I never went over 5-6 mugs a day, I think.
It can be harmful, causing heart problems, nausea, insomnia, increases anxiety and so on.
Caffeine is a drug that affects the nerves and dries the body though you even drink much. Its sort of sliw suicide. Most coffee drinkers do it to have better resuzls at work. But dont live for work but for God.
Over 400 mg of caffeine in 24 hours is an overdose. 400 mg would be about 4 coffees.
That is about what I used to drink in the morning. Now I'm down to 2-3 cups a day. To much of anything is bad for you. I would say 10 cups is to much.
Yes you are addictive to coffee you should reduce you per day consumption of coffee otherwise in future you have to face health consequences.
I drink so much coffee too ! Its not soo good if you are particularly a stressed person ! It depends on the person
I'm not a doctor but my guess is yes. Ask your doctor.
