First time drinking coffee and I have side effects?

So today I drank a really good iced coffee and never usually drink a whole coffee like 2 or 3 sips of a friends so I gt my own and now like 30 min after I'm shaking and my heart is racing :/ is that normal?

also I never really have caffeine, I don't drink cola or any energy drinks

what you are experiencing is not as drastic is not as extreme as your mind is reading it. hand tremors and increased heart rate are normal your body is just reacting to the caffeine more than it would some one else because your not used 2 it .

Like everyone else is saying, it's just the caffine. It happens to me sometimes, but usually if I start drinking coffee before I eat anything.

yes coffee is a stimulant. your just really sensitive to it

that's just a side affect of cafine and is totally normal. don't worry about it. once your body becomes more used to caffine, you won't react as drasticly

Yes it can increase heart rate and pressure, if you are high strung it won't feel good, you probably would enjoy alcohol, it will bring you down...
