How would you slice a ribeye for small portions?

would you separate the eye? or cut it in like half if its thicker?

At the very least I don't like those super thin slices Guga makes, even though I like Guga Foods a lot with all his experiments. A fork's worth of steak should be thick and awesome that way as I see it -- not some super-thin slice. That kills the whole caveman romance to me. So I don't know what to do with the eye, but the beauty of caveman meat lies in the big pieces.

some of these steaks are massive. with a side and potatoes its hard to it everything before it gets cold.
