I’ve tried being vegetarian, but I couldn’t do it. I was underweight and unhealthy when I did it, so I stopped. I love meat too much to stop eating it lol. However, I liked a lot of vegetarian recipes.
I wanted to try the keto diet but I heard that it’s very difficult, especially for carb lovers… And I am guilty of loving carbs… I think the keto diet would best fit my lifestyle and be better for my health in comparison to other diets.
I don’t know much about paleo diet. I’ve heard a little bit about it but I’d need to do more research on it. It sounds interesting, but very different from what I grew up eating lol.

Never tried the Cannibalism diet 🤪, but then again I don't have much interest in trying any diet. Let alone that one.
I almost never get hungry so I have to remember to eat and drink or else I never will. I literally have alarms on my phone to remind me.
If I was going to try one, Keto sounds the best.
My current diet isn't a million miles away from the Keto diet, I have to be careful not to get too close to going into ketosis as I'm T1 diabetic. I've already had a few episodes of DKA in the past one of which put me in hospital and very nearly killed me, so you see why I'm cautious lolMaybe the Paleo diet might suit me although again I'd have to ve very cautious bot to drop too low on the carbs. To be fair I don't need to diet at all, but I like different diet regimes and find them interesting.
I've always tried to follow the SeaFood Diet... SEE food, EAT food

Not really but i am trying to give up pork, cut back on soda, and focus on eating just fruits, lean beef, chicken, turkey and drinking lots of water. Sodium is still a huge issue so working on that as well. I haven't taken vitamins since childhood and considering that too
I want to try a salad diet but my parents will only eat cooked lettuce unless it’s salad planted from our yard, which is why I’m so eager for planting season to start, we have begun planting in the house but it’s too cold to move our plants outside.
I tried drinking only water but it be so hard because I technically enjoy drinking sodas and juice and other flavor drinks.
No, I follow a strict plan that works for me. I wouldn't want to mess up my progress with something that may hinder my metabolism... It's been working for me for a while now.
