I make my own pizza from 00 flour, cook the rolled out dough before adding sauce so that it is a bit crunchy when eating, and I usually create one of four combinations: 1) Clams and extra garlic, 2) pineapple, garlic, linguica sausage, and shrimp, 3) cheese and garlic with extra sauce, 4) heavy pesto as a base sauce, a bit of tomato sauce over that, then purple onion, garlic, tomatoes, mushrooms, bell peppers, artichokes, and a very small number of black olives.
My pesto and tomato sauce is homemade. I grow basil, spices, and tomatoes, and I usually make my sauce from what I grow, except for the pine nuts, olive oil, and cheeses. I make my tomato sauce with salt, heavy amounts of oregano, marjoram, and a dot of dry basil.
I don't like pizza... except for one kind. Spinach pizza from this random, greasy buffet place in town. I don't know why I like it, but I've ordered a whole spinach pizza and ate it in one sitting. Anywhere else like papa John's, little Caesars etc I hate
I like basically all pizza but my favourite is the Canadian, the super supreme, and the margarita from Pizza Hut, I also like Hawaiian but the first 3 are my top choices. I also like beyond meat but it costs more so I don’t but it that often and I love pepperoni too.
I have never really cared for pizza much because it just doesn't feel me up so what I decided last week was to make my own and I put everything on it except for mushrooms LOL and I'd put double portions on and it was a big heavy good pizza I actually liked it that pit olives green peppers and onions white onions and red onions I put some hamburger on it three different cheeses a marinara sauce and a pizza sauce
I prefer it on flatbread, with Cheese, Meat, Mushrooms, and maybe Onions. I hear Spinach is pretty good on Pizza too, although, I refuse to have Pineapple on my pizza. Only the Hawaiians would do that. Same goes for Broccoli, you can keep that, San Francisco.
Also, a simple 3-Cheese Pizza is pretty good.
Also Cici's Macaroni and Cheese Pizza is nothing short of delicious. Their soft mini Cinnamon Buns are great too.

I like to vary it.. but I often choose an extra cheese, like goat or gorganzola, onions and mushrooms. Though, what I have most these days is cheap (I am kinda broke) frozen pizza when I am lazy :p, and for that I mostly have with mozzarella, tomatoes and pesto and then add onions myself.
Hand tossed homemade dough. BBQ sauce instead of tomato paste. Pepperoni and seasoned 80/20 ground beef. Parmesan as bottom cheese and cheddar jack on top. 18 minutes on the middle rack for a 14 inch at 375 degrees provides a crisp crust and evenly cooked toppings.
I Put blood 🩸 on my Pizza 🍕 Got a Girl that Is into Blood drinking and She Lets me Drink her blood 🩸 and if I so want I can Take some of her blood 🩸 out and Put it on the pizza 🍕. Me and her sometimes go to a Restaurant and I’ll Cut her Wrist and fill the glass up with some of her Blood. It’s funny to see peoples reactions. I made Some dude Drink his Girlfriends Blood 🩸 one time. He called me a Monster told me I Am not Human.
One of the few besides whales who loves anchovies!!! Just a few of those salty devils is a treat... Connoisseurs love 'em. Pineapple on pizza is a crime. Pepperoncini, however, are lovely...
I usually like it plain but if I choose toppings it would probably be some type of vegetable like basil, broccoli, peppers, etc. I would even consider anchovies.
I like my pizza thick with cheezey crust more then a single type of cheeze on top not really oily and hot, home made Exstras honestly not care for them too much beside maybe with chestnuts 😋
I can appreciate just about any pizza as long as it doesn't have olives or anchovies. I'd have to say taco pizza, philly cheesesteak, and the breakfast pizzas with eggs, bacon, sausage, and cheese 🤤
@youngmix yes, fajita in this case is steak fajita, which can be prepared in many different ways, that depends on your region... and then you just chop it in little bits as if you were going to make tacos, but in this case is for the pizza

I used to love all pizza…. oh lord did I eat a fuckload. Now I only eat vegan pizza, which can be really fucking good or really terrible depending on what ur willing to pay
Lard, cracklings, basil, olive oil, pepper and pecorino cheese, such as the original pizza from the 1500/1600s, the Mastunicola pizza, no tomato, no mozzarella.
Should the thin crust be super crunchy? And should the toppings be piled high, or just a bit of each spread out? If it's piled high, then is there an order to the placement of toppings?

Heyo! :D Personally black olives, pepperoni, and mushrooms slap. Definitely jive together well and elevate a pizza from grand to marvelous. All pizza is phenomenal though!
