Yez, I'm that old. I remember smoking in McDonald's when I was in my 20s I don't smoke now, but I also remember smoking at the doctors office waiting room

Many states have no smoking indoors anymore, in my state the only way to do that legally would be to make McDonalds a private club like establishment, membership only.

So regardless of what they want to do, smoking is against state law.

I do say no though, nothing wrong with smoking outside.

No. Though I 100% agree and like the laws we have around vaping is allowed in clubs and gigs that's cool. But smoking in them nah.  Then restaurants neither should be allowed.

Hell no. I hate the smell of people smoking, it;s gross. Some time ago in a train I was sitting next to a guy, who must have been a smoker. He was so fucking stinking that it was unbearable.

I spend a month in the hospital and they allowed smoking in the hospital rooms. I shared a room with three other guys. One of them smoked. It was disgusting.
