How does this look (I’m not sure what it’s called)? Would you eat it if I gave it to you?

It’s basically a toasted tortilla with lettuce, sweet chili sauce mixed with chili oil, carrots, and airfryed tofu (seasoned with bay seasoning, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder). I do not know what it’s called though I was trying to make a wrap I guess but then the tortilla was too tiny and crunchy to make a wrap it was really good though. I love making inventions lol

That looks like a chicken-tofu taco, and no I would not eat it. Too many vegetables, tofu is awful, and I don't like most Mexican food that isn't Taco Bell (burritos, chimichangas, and chalupas are okay, but not authentic ones).
