I tend to vary between tomato sauce and mustard.

although preference is curry ketchup sauce with a large bratwurst or better full on Currywurst

  It was good, I make my own bratwurst and enjoy that with Dijon mustard and homemade saurkraut and a glass of chilled gwertztreminer
